Rotary Christmas Pudding
Award winning Ultimate Christmas Pudding, a light, sweet (but not too sweet), luxuriously delicious, celebratory pudding.
Ingredients: Vine Fruits (Raisins, Sultanas, Sunflower Oil), Pasteurised Free Range Egg, Carrot, Soft Dark Brown Sugar, Candied Mixed Peel (Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Salt, Citric Acid), Wheat Flour* (Gluten), Apple, NH Vegetable Suet (Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Wheat Flour* (Gluten)), Water, Dates (Dates, Rice Flour), Brandy, Sherry (Sulphites), Glace Cherries (Cherries, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Fruit Juice Concentrate, Citric Acid, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Stem Ginger (Ginger, Sugar), Wheat Flour crumb (Wheat Flour* (Gluten), Salt), Almonds (Nuts), Walnuts (Nuts) Golden Syrup, Mixed Spice, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.

Reheating: This pudding is fully cooked and just needs reheating. Remove wrap. Either pierce film lid and microwave 800w for 5 mins or wrap in foil and steam for 90 minutes. Stand for 1 min before serving. Don’t overheat or pudding will become bitter. Please be aware that fragments of nutshell and fruit kernel, and even small stones, can occur in a very small percentage of foods containing dried fruits and nuts.
Store Cool and Dry.
